First Week Almost Done!
Diet Shake “Xlim Aktiv”
I’ve read a lot about shakes like mine in the Internet and decided to buy one in the drugstore.
For about 25 portions I had to pay 17€ and 3€ for the bug. That’s ok. Similar shakes cost the same but are only 15 portions or less.
Actually it’s like a mix of driking and eating… Hard to say it’s like.. They say it’s with chocolate flavour but it’s wheat/protein flavoured. And that’s not a joke.
Turkish Meal
A nice meal for lunch or dinner is a turkish chicken/vegetables mix.
You can do it without meat for sure.
That’s my dinner for today about 7pm.
Poorly I’m not allowed to eat the chicken skin. Best of all…
Finished meal served/perfect with bread.
Things I’ve done before
After trying a lot of diets before I decided to try a new one. Xlim Aktiv Shakes I’ll have to drink 3 times a day for 3-5 days at the beginning and then only 2 shakes and one meal. It’s like going through hell.
